Your photographer arrives early to walk the grounds, scout angles, and coordinate positioning with your musician if you’ve added one. On the day, your coordinator completes the final details, shares live location via WhatsApp, and cues where to walk in, where to position yourself for clean angles, and her best reaction shot.

Day-of coordination (English-speaking, on-site)
A coordinator completes final staging shortly before you arrive, shares live location via WhatsApp, and gives simple instructions—when to approach, from which direction, and where to position yourself—so it’s captured cleanly without you managing people or timing. If you’ve added music, they coordinate timing, sound, and angles with the musician and photographer.
Professional photography (60 minutes)
Your photographer arrives early to scout angles and coordinate positioning with your musician (if you’ve added one). They capture your arrival and the proposal discreetly, then step in for portraits afterward. All unedited photos are delivered within 24 hours via a private online gallery. The collection includes 20 professionally edited photos as standard; additional edits or full unedited sets are available for purchase.
Location & views
Champ de Mars, Trocadéro, and select Seine riverside locations offer direct Eiffel Tower views. Other garden locations (like Parc de Sceaux) provide a different Paris backdrop.

We reduce attention with timing, positioning, and a discreet photographer, but we don’t promise “no people” in a park or viewpoint. For Eiffel Tower views, Champ de Mars and Trocadéro are the classic options; the exact spot depends on timing and conditions on the day.
What happens if it rains or the location becomes unavailable?
We plan for weather and aim to keep the proposal on track at the confirmed location. If conditions shift, we can usually make small adjustments within the package—minor timing tweaks, a tighter run-of-show, or nearby cover when the location allows it.
A major time change or a full location move is a different level of work (resetting the setup, transport, and re-staging), and it isn’t included in a day-of coordination package by default. If it’s possible on the day, we’ll confirm options and any surcharge before we act.
If you want pre-secured backups and the ability to change the plan at short notice, full-service planning is the better fit.
