// Meet the Senior Planning Teamg Team
Kiss Me in Paris is a planning-first company for proposals, elopements, and destination weddings in Paris and across France. Est. 2013. Full-service planning since 2017. Your event is led by a senior planner who runs the process from venue sourcing and vendor booking to run-of-show and on-site execution. The venue network, preferred vendors, and operating standard are shared across the planning team — not tied to any one person.
Photography and video are handled separately through Kiss Me in Paris Photographer.

// Chantelle’s Role
Chantelle Streete co-founded Kiss Me in Paris and built the planning framework the team works from today. She leads the largest and most complex productions — multi-day destination weddings, high-profile events, and celebrations requiring the deepest venue relationships. She trains the senior planners, oversees planning strategy across the company, and for events she does not lead directly, remains part of the support structure and serves as an escalation point when needed.
How the Planning Team Works
01
Shared access and standards
Venue access, preferred vendors, and planning standards are set at the company level. Whether your lead planner is Chantelle or a senior planner, the team works from the same vendor network, the same contract framework, and the same planning structure: approvals, timelines, run-of-show documents, and backup plans. The 1,200+ event track record belongs to the planning team as a whole.
02
Oversight and escalation
When a senior planner leads your event, she owns the day-to-day planning and communication. Chantelle remains involved at the strategy level, with oversight on planning approach and a clear escalation path when something unusual needs a second layer of judgment.
03
Decision-making on the day
On the day itself, your lead planner has the authority to make real-time calls: adjusting timing, shifting layouts, or bringing in backups from the vendor network. Planning from abroad means trusting the person on the ground. The team is built so that your planner can act quickly, with structure behind her.
// Questions Couples Still Ask
What does Kiss Me in Paris do?
We plan and produce luxury proposals, elopements, and destination weddings in Paris and across France for international couples. Est. 2013. Full-service planning since 2017. 1,200+ events produced with a 4.9-star average across review platforms. Our English-speaking team manages planning, design, and on-site production — venue sourcing, vendor contracts, florals, musicians, transportation, and day-of coordination. We also offer private travel design for the days around your event. If you know what you’re planning, start with our proposal planner, elopement planner, or wedding planner page.
How does planning work if we’re not in Paris?
We manage planning remotely until you arrive. It starts with a call to understand your priorities, budget, and timing. From there, your lead planner handles venue sourcing, vendor selection, contracts, production scheduling, and logistics — you approve decisions, we execute them. Communication runs through WhatsApp, email, and video calls across time zones, with one English-speaking point of contact from first conversation to final send-off. Most of our clients plan from the US, the UK, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Remote planning is how all of our events begin.
What does planning typically cost?
Costs vary by service, venue, guest count, and production scope. Proposal planning starts at €1,200 and scales with venue access, privacy, and production elements. Elopements carry a minimum total budget of €7,500, including all services. Weddings and multi-day celebrations are custom-quoted based on complexity. The planning fee is transparent and confirmed before any commitment. For a detailed breakdown, visit the proposal, elopement, or wedding planner page, or schedule a consultation.
How far in advance should we start planning?
For weddings and elopements at high-demand venues, 9–15 months gives you the strongest access to dates, venues, and teams. For proposals and private travel, 1–3 months is typical. Shorter lead times are possible — we regularly deliver with less notice and will tell you what’s realistic in the first conversation. If you have fixed dates, reach out early so we can confirm availability.
How do you handle privacy and discretion?
Privacy is built into the planning structure from the first conversation. We work with public figures, executives, and couples who prefer to keep celebrations private. NDA protection is available, vendor communication is managed on a need-to-know basis, and we do not publish identifiable images or event details without written approval. For proposals, discretion extends to cover stories, misdirection, and protecting the surprise from the first planning call through the event itself.
Will Chantelle plan my event?
Chantelle leads the largest and most complex productions, along with a limited number of smaller events. Many proposals, elopements, and weddings are led by senior planners who work within the same planning framework and vendor network, with Chantelle involved in strategy and available as an escalation point.
What languages does the team speak?
We plan in English first. Across the team, we also cover French, Spanish, Russian, and other languages used with venues, vendors, and families. If you need a specific language for guest-facing communication, tell us when you inquire and we will match you with the right planner.
