// What We Do
We plan and produce high-end proposals, elopements, and destination weddings in Paris for international couples flying in with serious expectations. We deliver full-service planning for clients who want ambitious ideas, direct communication, and sharp execution from the first call to the final cue.
That means venues secured and contracts signed before you arrive. A run-of-show timed to the minute — vendor coordination, chauffeured transport, permits, weather contingencies, all built into the production schedule weeks ahead. Your lead planner drives the production in Paris while you plan from abroad.
We’ve produced 1,200+ events and built long-standing relationships with Paris’s most sought-after venues and vendors. That access lets us book the right spaces, negotiate clean terms, and resolve logistics early so the day runs the way you intended.
How this works from abroad
01
Tell us what you’re planning
Your dates, your vision, your priorities, your non-negotiables. We’ll get on a call, see if it’s a fit, and go from there.
02
We design and prepare
Once we’re working together, we dig into what matters to you — then present concepts, shortlist venues, recommend vendors, stress-test the timeline, and build the production schedule down to the cue.
03
We run the day
Coordination, contingencies, and execution on the ground. You enjoy it — that’s the whole point.

Paris Proposal Planning
We plan and produce marriage proposals in Paris for couples flying in to do this once — and do it right. Palace hotels, historic châteaux, luxury yachts, private cinema screenings, gallery takeovers — the format starts with her.
Then we design the evening around the senses: lighting, florals, scent, texture, and a live harpist playing her favorite song. We run the production behind it — discreet photographers and filmmakers who need no do-overs, helicopter arrivals, château fireworks with drone coverage, Michelin-star chefs, Rolls-Royces with English-speaking chauffeurs, and partners we work with year-round. By midnight, you’re newly engaged, watching the Tower sparkle from your Shangri-La bed with a chilled Dom Pérignon in hand.

Paris Wedding Planning
We plan destination weddings in Paris and across France for couples who want the week of their lives — rehearsal dinner to goodbye brunch, Champagne tours, sidecar rides across Paris, and a wedding night where the orchestra, the fireworks, and the entertainers keep guests on their feet until the last song. One schedule, from arrival to departure.
We vet and shortlist before you fly in for venue visits and tastings, then lock the contracts and build the production schedule that keeps the week moving.
One English-speaking lead from consultation to final strike. Your guests enjoy Paris between events — restaurant bookings, airport transfers, welcome bags, and someone to call when they need anything.

Paris Elopement Planning
We plan elopements in Paris for couples flying in from abroad who choose intimacy over a larger wedding. Sunrise vows at Trocadéro with the Eiffel Tower in the frame, or a private ceremony on a Palace hotel terrace with only the people you invited.
Two of you or dinner for twelve, we handle the French side while you plan from abroad — locations, access, vendors, timing, and the contingencies you shouldn’t have to think about. One lead from getting ready to your last toast as newlyweds.
We started in photography and still lead one of the most respected visual teams in Paris — but an elopement is a wedding day, not a two-hour shoot. We plan it like one: a ceremony, a celebration, and photos worth framing for decades.

Paris Photography
We photograph proposals, weddings, elopements, couples, families, solo portraits, and boudoir sessions across Paris for travelers who want an easy experience and photos worth framing.
We’re Paris locals. Trocadéro at sunrise. Cherry blossoms in April. Quiet backstreets when the main spots are crowded. We prep you before you land, map the route, and keep it fun. Clear contracts. Easy payment.
Your mom’s already clearing wall space. Photography is handled through our sister studio, Kiss Me in Paris Photographer, led by Cengiz.

Private Travel Design
We design luxury trips to Paris and across France for travelers who want more than a hotel concierge can offer. We bring context, not just access: which Palace hotels fit your style, which properties honor upgrades, and how to shape a trip that feels considered from landing to departure.
From VIP airport pickup to a day-by-day itinerary built around your pace, we handle the research, reservations, and scheduling so you’re not solving logistics on your phone during dinner. You’re here for a romantic weekend, a honeymoon, or a trip with friends.
Beyond Paris, we’re equally connected: Courchevel, Saint-Tropez, Monaco, Èze, and private Champagne tastings. Tell us where you’re headed and how you want to spend the time. We design the trip around that.

See It Come To Life
Raw spaces become finished productions. We start with the empty room — ballrooms, châteaux, rooftop suites, and private decks — and layer in lighting, floral installations, furniture, music, and the hundreds of small decisions that shape what guests see, hear, and walk into.
The images below show real setups at real venues: Shangri-La, Vaux-le-Vicomte, The Peninsula, Le Bristol, Fontainebleau, and private Seine yachts. Swipe to see the before and after. No filters, just the work.
‘Planning a wedding across different cities, time zones, and languages felt impossible — until Chantelle and her team made our Plaza Athénée celebration something beyond what we’d imagined. On the day, all we had to do was ask, “Where do you want me? When do you need me?” No stress, no last-minute panic.’

// Who We Are
We’re a woman-owned team of five in Paris. This city is our creative playground and our home.
Kiss Me in Paris was co-founded in 2013 by Chantelle Streete and Cengiz Ozelsel. We started as a photography studio, then expanded into full-service proposal and wedding planning in 2017 when clients kept asking us to handle more than the camera.
We built our process around the realities of planning from another country: deep local access, guidance in English, and a structure that works across time zones. That is why couples who research hard, compare options, and check references tend to land here.
‘Two days before my proposal, the company I’d arranged everything with called and said they couldn’t do it. Then there was Chantelle. She arranged EVERYTHING — a whole plan from A to Z. I could not have had a better person.’

Chantelle · shan-tel
Chantelle Streete is co-founder and Executive Planner of Kiss Me in Paris. She’s the creative lead behind the company’s most ambitious proposals and destination weddings — designing each evening from the experience inward, then building the production around it.
Before Paris, she traded equity derivatives at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch after completing her MBA at Wharton. The instincts transfer: she reads a brief the way she once read a trading book — fast, precise, three steps ahead of where things can go wrong. Clients say she’s calm when it counts, sharp on the details, and fun to plan with across months of calls and WhatsApp messages at odd hours.
She leads the company’s most complex proposals and destination weddings for clients who expect privacy, access, and serious production. Her work has been profiled by Reuters, Agence France-Presse, CNN, French Wedding Style, Style Me Pretty, and 84+ outlets across six continents.

‘Our relationship with Chantelle started years ago, when Eric planned a surprise proposal at Hôtel Marignan — walking through the doors, I thought I was walking into heaven. This year, he went back to Chantelle for my 40th. Over the years, we’ve become friends.’

// Questions We Hear First
What does Kiss Me in Paris do?
Kiss Me in Paris plans and produces luxury proposals, elopements, and destination weddings in Paris and across France for international couples. Est. 2013. Full-service planning since 2017. We’ve produced 1,200+ events with a 4.9-star average across review platforms. Our English-speaking team manages planning, design, and on-site production: venue sourcing, vendor contracts, florals, musicians, transportation, and day-of coordination. Start with our proposal planner, elopement planner, or wedding planner page.
How does planning work if we’re not in Paris?
We manage the full planning process remotely until you arrive. Your lead planner handles venue sourcing, vendor selection, contracts, production scheduling, and logistics; you approve decisions, and we execute them. Communication runs through WhatsApp, email, and video calls, with one English-speaking point of contact from first conversation to final send-off. Most clients plan from the US, the UK, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
What does planning typically cost?
Proposal planning fees start at €1,200 and scale with venue, privacy, and production scope. Elopements carry a minimum total budget of €7,500, including all services. Weddings and multi-day celebrations are custom-quoted based on complexity. Planning fees are transparent and confirmed before any commitment. For detailed pricing, visit the proposal, elopement, or wedding planner page.
How far in advance should we start planning?
For weddings at high-demand venues, 9–15 months gives you the best access to dates, venues, and teams. For proposals, elopements, and private travel, 1–3 months is ideal. Shorter timelines are possible; we regularly deliver with less notice and will let you know what is realistic in our first conversation.
How do you handle privacy and discretion?
Privacy is built into the planning structure from the first conversation. NDA protection is available, vendor communication is managed on a need-to-know basis, and we do not publish identifiable images or event details without written approval. For proposals, discretion also covers cover stories and protecting the surprise through the event itself.
Can we legally get married in Paris?
CAN WE LEGALLY GET MARRIED IN PARIS?
For most international couples visiting Paris, the practical answer is no. French civil marriage requires local residency tied to a specific commune, and couples who are both foreign nationals without a French address face significant legal barriers. In practice, most of our clients marry legally at home and hold their ceremony in Paris — symbolic, religious, or celebratory — with full creative freedom. We plan elopements and destination weddings this way throughout the year. See our elopement planner or wedding planner page for how the process works.
