What We Do
Kiss Me in Paris plans, designs, and produces luxury marriage proposals, elopements, and destination weddings in Paris and beyond. Full service means exactly that: venue search, contracts, permits, vendor team, transport, and on-site production. You always know what has been decided, what it costs, and what needs your input. We plan in English, French, Spanish, and Russian.
Much of the work happens before you ever board a plane. A proposal can be planned entirely from abroad; a wedding usually brings you to Paris for venue visits, tastings, and meetings with core vendors that are best done in person. You make the decisions, with our local judgment and informed recommendations beside you.
Since 2013, we have produced more than 1,500 events. We plan for privacy, access windows, weather contingencies, Paris traffic, and sunset timing. We know the venues — their rules, capacities, sound curfews, and loading procedures.

Proposal Planning

We start with her, then plan the whole day: the cover story, where you propose, your first dinner as fiancés, and where you spend that night. It might mean a quiet rooftop and a single harpist, or arriving by helicopter at a château with fireworks, rare champagne, and family waiting just out of sight.

We are supposed to say we are humbled when Reuters, CNN, and Agence France-Presse ask us to explain how high-production proposals and destination weddings in Paris work. Honestly, we are proud. We have planned for public figures, royalty, and highly private families. Their names appear only when they choose to share them.
Planning and design
We start with the two of you: your priorities, taste, cultural considerations, and budget. We then recommend where restraint is the better choice, where investing in scale will make a real difference, and how the venue, design, music, food, transport, photography, film, and timing should work together to create the experience you are after.
We explain which investments will be visible or felt, and which will simply add cost.
Access to Paris’s best venues and vendors
Venues and vendors trust us because we arrive prepared, communicate clearly, and give talented people the conditions to do their best work. That can mean starting setup before a museum or château closes to the public, securing tables that are usually booked weeks ahead, or arranging private boutique appointments most clients would not be offered on their own.
The right vendor team
The best-known vendor is not automatically the best fit. Two filmmakers may have comparable reputations and charge similar creative fees, yet produce very different work. One family may prefer an all-female team; another may need several languages spoken during the event.
We select professionals for their artistic style, temperament, cultural fit, discretion, production demands, and budget. Our recommendation is based on the client and the event, not commission or name recognition.
Privacy and discretion
Vendors receive clear confidentiality instructions, and details of a surprise stay are shared on a need-to-know basis. When required, NDAs extend beyond the event team to editing, printing, and album-production teams. Some clients want complete privacy; others welcome press coverage and editorial features. Publication happens only with their approval.
Judgment under pressure
Paris does not pause for your event. Fashion Week closes streets, a state visit reroutes half the city, a film crew takes the quay you planned to arrive on. Weather shifts. A vendor falls ill. A bride drops her bouquet on the way to the ceremony.
There is no blueprint for any of this. It comes down to judgment, anticipation, and keeping the right people informed before they need to act, so you are not pulled into solving the problem yourself.
How It Works
A proposal may come together in weeks; a wedding may take more than a year. The timeline changes, but the first steps do not.
01. Send your inquiry
Tell us what you are planning, your preferred date or dates, who will be there, and the budget you have in mind. If it looks like a fit, we connect you with the planner best suited to the scope, dates, language, and budget for a complimentary consultation call.
02. The consultation call
The first call runs both ways. You learn how we work, what our full-service planning covers, and what to expect. We learn your priorities, style preferences, initial ideas, budget range, and how you want the event to feel. The goal is to confirm fit and answer initial questions. Concepts come later, once we understand you and the event and move forward with a contract.
03. Make it official
The planning agreement and retainer make things official. You then receive an event-specific questionnaire covering your ideas, vision, preferences, and budget priorities. It is your chance to put in writing what matters most.
04. The kick-off call
Your questionnaire answers set the agenda for the kick-off call. This is where we listen closely and begin turning your ideas into a real plan. An elopement or proposal may need only a handful of planning conversations; a wedding may involve regular calls over more than a year.
05. Plan and build
After the kick-off, the planning work begins in earnest. We research, test, and refine options with you, always starting from what you care about most.
We explain what we would pursue, what we would skip, and why: the venues with real indoor-outdoor flexibility, the châteaux that require approved caterers, and the palace ballrooms with hard sound curfews. As the event grows, the design, production, and on-site team grows with it.
For a proposal or elopement, we secure the space and core vendors, then develop the design, timeline, and production schedule. Lighting, flowers, scent, texture, and music are considered together, perhaps with a live harpist playing her favorite song.
For a wedding, we organize venue visits, tastings, meetings with your core vendors, hotel room blocks, beauty trials, gown fittings, and the events surrounding the wedding day. When you are in Paris, we group appointments around your time and the availability of the people you need to meet.
06. The day
Your lead planner and the team work from a shared brief, with the priorities, fixed cues, and contingencies agreed in advance. A surprise is for the couple and their guests, never for the vendors and artists who need to be ready for what comes next. During the event, we keep everyone informed, read the room, and anticipate the small things that can change how the day feels. The schedule gives the day structure, but we do not follow it blindly.
Fixed anchors, such as a ceremony start, guest seating, or a proposal timed to the Eiffel Tower sparkle, remain precise. If you want more time for portraits or with your guests, we adjust. When a change may create overtime or affect a reservation, we explain it discreetly and let you decide. For a wedding, we manage the guest experience from rehearsal dinner through goodbye brunch. That may include restaurant bookings, airport transfers, welcome bags, and someone guests can contact when they need help.
For a marriage proposal, we handle the teardown so you can disappear into the night. By then, you may be newly engaged, watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from your Shangri-La bed with a chilled Dom Pérignon in hand.

We’re a woman-led 
team of wedding, 
proposal, and elopement planners in Paris. This city 
is our home and creative 
playground.
Paris gives us architecture, cuisine, art, history, fashion, and enough possibilities to keep us curious. We love what we do, we laugh a lot, and some of our best ideas arrive while we are packing welcome bags in the wee hours of the morning.

I came to event planning by way of Montego Bay, the Wharton School, and the trading floors of Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch before Paris became home. Equity derivatives taught me to assess a situation quickly, stay calm when the stakes are highest, and make confident decisions before a small issue becomes an expensive one.
People say I obsess over experiences and the senses that shape them. Guilty as charged. I start with the two of you and how you want the celebration to feel, then consider how light, music, food, scent, texture, and flow should work together.
That is why no two of my events feel alike. I would rather develop an idea for you than repeat what is already filling everyone’s feed.
The press calls, and I take the call. What matters more is that couples who could hire anyone still hand us their celebrations: proposals, weddings, anniversaries, and everything in between.
I laugh out loud, I stop to eat the cake, and my team knows to schedule an extra thirty minutes whenever a venue visit takes us past Chanel on rue Cambon.

Questions We Hear First
Who will we be working with?
You work directly with one named English-speaking planner who remains your main contact from the consultation through the event.
Your planner is assigned according to the scope, date, language, and fit. She learns how you make decisions and keeps the full plan in view.
Behind her, the team is sized to the event: a proposal may need one planner, a large wedding several, plus the vendor and production teams every event brings.
You have her direct WhatsApp and always know who is responsible.
Can we plan the entire event from abroad?
Yes. A proposal or elopement can be planned entirely from another country, and a wedding can too.
We work over WhatsApp, video calls, email, or phone, whichever suits you. There is no required number of trips.
Wedding couples who come to Paris usually build the visit around venue tours, catering and cake tastings, beauty trials, vendor meetings, and gown fittings. We group the appointments so the trip is worth the flight.
When you cannot come, we go in your place and report back with notes, photographs, and video.
How far in advance should we plan?
There is no fixed minimum; we have produced a private Shangri-La Paris proposal the day after the first message came in.
That was an exceptional turnaround, not a promise that any production can be planned and produced overnight. A few weeks or months give us broader venue and vendor availability, steadier pricing, and more time to develop the personal details.
Elopements follow the same pattern: the ceremony, beauty team, flowers, and photography come together quickly, and more time means more choice.
Weddings often begin more than a year ahead because venues, guest travel, tastings, fittings, and the surrounding events all benefit from more lead time.
Tell us your date, however close it is, and we will give you an honest view of what can still be done.
What are my options for an Eiffel Tower proposal?
You can choose a private rooftop, a palace-hotel terrace, a Seine yacht, or a public viewpoint with a clear Eiffel Tower view.
Private settings give us greater control over access, privacy, timing, music, design, photography, and the weather plan. Public locations cost less, but you share them with tourists, photographers, traffic, and curious bystanders.
After dark, the Tower sparkles at the top of the hour, and we time the question or the first toast to it. Blue hour gives photographs richer color. We plan the evening backward from both.
How much does a Paris proposal cost?
There is no single price for a Paris proposal; the setting, exclusivity, design, entertainment, and guest logistics determine the total.
A public viewpoint with photography is usually the least expensive route. A private rooftop, palace terrace, or Seine yacht with design, dinner, and music carries a larger budget. Château productions with entertainment, fireworks, drone shows, aerial filming, or guest transport go further.
Our full-service proposal planning fee starts at €1,200 or 15% of the budget under management, whichever is greater. Ready-to-reserve proposal packages have published prices and fixed inclusions.

The planning fee covers concept development, budget management, vendor research and negotiation, schedules, and event-day coordination.
Venue, flowers, entertainment, photography, film, transport, dining, and accommodation are quoted separately. You approve those costs before anything is confirmed.
Do you plan events outside Paris?
Yes. Paris and the châteaux around it are at the center of our work, and we also plan across France and selected destinations abroad.
In France, that includes château weekends near Paris, weddings on the Côte d’Azur, and proposals in the lavender fields of Provence. We have also planned proposals in destinations including Venice, Santorini, Cappadocia, Aspen, and London.
International destination weddings are rarer and often for couples whose proposal we first planned. When the scope supports it, we bring the planning and production team. For a smaller event, we may work with a local planner we trust or advise the local team on the concept, schedule, and vendors.
Send us the destination. If we are not the right team for it, we will say so.
How do you protect the surprise and keep our event private?
Discretion is standard, and nothing we produce is published without your written permission.
For a surprise, the WhatsApp group gets a neutral name, confirmations go to an email address you choose, and arrivals are planned so nothing gives the proposal away.
Planners, vendors, photographers, filmmakers, editors, printers, and album-production teams follow the same confidentiality instructions. Formal NDAs are available when required.
Some couples share their photographs afterward. Others prefer that the work never appear online. The surprise belongs to you, and so does the decision about who sees it.
