English-speaking coordinator on-site
Your Paris coordinator manages setup, vendor timing, and breakdown. Communication stays discreet in a private WhatsApp thread, so your partner stays unaware. Practical buffers are built in before you arrive; on the day, your coordinator handles adjustments within the concept.
‘I wanted a team that cared—not a transaction. Chantelle made planning exciting rather than stressful, kept my budget in mind, and when rain threatened, assured me they had it handled. Margaux coordinated the surprise discreetly via WhatsApp, and the day turned out better than I imagined—photos included.’

Questions about our Paris proposal packages
Are your Paris proposal packages all-inclusive?
Yes—these are walk-in-ready, all-inclusive Paris proposal packages run on-site by an English-speaking coordinator. Your coordinator handles setup, vendor timing, and breakdown, with discreet updates in a private WhatsApp thread so your partner stays unaware. You choose a proven concept, arrive to everything prepared, and stay focused on your partner and the experience—we manage the rest.
What’s included in a Paris proposal package?
All packages include professional photography, a romantic proposal setup, and a dedicated English-speaking on-site coordinator—except the €300 proposal photography option (photography only; your photographer is your main support on-site). Depending on the package: live musicians, videography, champagne, florals, “Marry Me” letters, hotel suite decoration, personalized macarons, or framed photos. Package pages list exactly what’s included—clear pricing.
How much do Paris proposal packages cost?
Packages start at €300 for proposal photography, with premium venues such as the Peninsula Secret Table starting around €5,000. Popular mid-range options include the Seine River boat (from €1,500) and residential Eiffel Tower rooftop with “Marry Me” letters (from €2,100). Starting pricing is shown on the package cards; package pages break down what’s included.
How do you keep the proposal a surprise?
All communication via WhatsApp or email—no calls unless you request one. We rename WhatsApp groups to neutral topics (nothing Paris-related), use low-key subject lines, and time messages around your schedule. Your coordinator runs setup and vendor timing quietly in the background until you arrive and propose.
Can I customize my proposal package?
Small tweaks are welcome—champagne upgrades, flower colors, swapping a “Big Love Heart” for “Marry Me” letters, adding a musician or videographer. These packages deliver because the concept is tested and logistics are locked.
Full-service proposal planning in Paris fits better when you want: multiple new elements, major décor changes, multi-location experiences (scavenger-hunt proposals, private museum access), complex production, or ongoing partnership with a planner before the day. Package proposals run with a day-of coordinator; full-service gives you a dedicated planner from first call to final toast. Need full-service? Contact us directly.
What’s the difference between DIY, day-of coordination, and full-service planning?
It comes down to who owns the plan and who handles changes when Paris shifts.
DIY means you research vendors, negotiate contracts (often in French), coordinate across time zones, and troubleshoot on-site alone. Paris can change quickly—strikes, rain, filming closures, VIP security sweeps, vendor cancellations, flight delays. You carry all the risk for a proposal you only plan once.
Day-of coordination executes a proven concept: your coordinator manages setup, vendor timing, and logistics so you stay focused on your partner. Pre-day communication is logistics-only—package confirmation and run-of-show. If weather shifts or vendors cancel, your coordinator handles pivots within the plan. The €300 proposal photography option is photography only; your photographer is your main support on-site.
Full-service planning is partnership from the first call. We build a concept around you—your partner’s personality, your priorities, how you want it to feel. We source venues, manage vendors, and own contingencies: rain plans, timing buffers, backup options when access changes. If a venue such as the Peninsula pulls your Secret Table 48 hours out for a head-of-state security sweep, we’re already negotiating your next move. You get ongoing access, clear direction, and someone accountable for the full production.
Most package clients are well-served by day-of coordination. Full-service is the better fit when you want deeper collaboration, complex logistics managed proactively, or a more ambitious production.
Do packages have the same quality as full-service proposals?
Yes—the standards are the same: discretion, local expertise, professional execution. Packages operate at a defined scale with proven concepts and set inclusions. Full-service offers deeper customization and ongoing planner partnership throughout the process. The difference is how far we can push the concept, not how seriously we take it.
What if it rains or something unexpected happens?
Light rain can be beautiful on camera—soft light, richer tones, and a mood that feels cinematic. It can also make public spots quieter, though many of our proposals are private to begin with (rooftops, suites, yachts). We don’t cancel because of weather. The question is how we run it. Forecasts are only treated seriously within 6–8 hours of start time (beyond that, they’re too unreliable in Paris). If it’s light rain, we usually proceed as planned. If heavy rain is likely, we’ll shift the timing forward or push back.
For packages, your coordinator makes on-site adjustments within the existing concept—short timing shifts when vendors can accommodate, or moving under cover where that option exists. If a vendor cancels or conditions force a change, we work to adapt, but options depend on what the fixed concept allows and what partners can change on short notice. Timing shifts may mean overtime charges, and some vendors will need to leave for their next event.
An all-inclusive package gives you professional support and practical buffers. Full-service planning builds weather strategy in from the start—pre-agreed rain plans and backup vendors—for maximum control when conditions shift.
What are the payment terms and cancellation policy?
To reserve your date, you sign an agreement and pay a non-refundable retainer by credit card. The balance is due on or before the proposal date. All payments are non-refundable—when we commit to your date, we turn away other clients and lock in vendors and venue partners on your behalf. Travel insurance with event-cancellation coverage is strongly recommended.
What payment methods do you accept?
Retainer: All major credit cards.
Balance: All major credit cards, cash, or crypto.
