Jared kept the proposal hidden with a forgotten-ticket cover, a Rolls-Royce return to the hotel, a handwritten note, and one red rose.
Earlier that day, Jared and Lauren checked into Shangri-La Paris, then went out into the city. By evening the plan looked like a classic Paris night: a Rolls-Royce drive, the Eiffel Tower summit, then dinner at Jules Verne inside the Tower itself.
